Its amazing that more poeple arent pissed at obama's handling of our allies, from denying meetings with the PM of Great Britan, sending the queen an ipod, and now tarriffs on tired from china?
In recent weeks we have learned alot about Obama that the left would hastily try to deny or sidestep, his contacts with left-wing socialist and communist psychopaths are well documented.
Did you really think we wouldn't look at WHO you chose for your czars? Come on...
Now he is thumbing his nose at the people who are helping us the most, like China, who gives us the goods we demand at the prices we want. Sure, I would stand to gain from an embargo with China, but for cryin' out loud, in the long run we would all be sad about it. Say goodbye to cheap bowls at WM, hasta la vista to inexpensive trinkets, or just about everything else that is inexpensive.
China is the world's supplier, and everytime the U.S. makes another silly law about pollution, a company dies here in the U.S. and one springs up in China. Even wondered why nobody in the U.S. makes CFL lightbulbs? Because they can't. If it were possible to buy power from china, I am sure they would come up with a way of supplying it, at a lower cost. I mean the U.S. requires so much red tape to build the most efficient, cheapest and least polluting non-hydroelectric power, I am talking about nuclear power here folks.
The U.S. was built on cheap electricity and will die without it.
We as a country are being more efficient. Al Gore told us to. Besides, why the heck not?
It's in style, and I am on board big time, but honestly, I don't but the BS behind the call for efficiency.
I think that the idea that we need to be more efficient is all part of a leftist plot.
If we all get down to only using renewable, locally sourced resources, (as if), cut down on the members of society who aren't producing anything, but only sucking it up (bye-bye neighbors) and everyone was watching everyone else and sharing and sharing alike, we would be living in a communist paradise... Isn't that what O is going for? Seriously Folks. WAKE UP!
